All of BLOOMTECH's design, engineering and installations projects follow industry-standard guidelines and processes.
We specialize in end-to-end design-build projects that bring advanced communication technology to the business environment. No matter what type of business you have, communication is crucial. Keeping pace with changing technology requires a strong partnership. BLOOMTECH is ready to work with you.
The purchase of a custom A/V system will follow our eight-step Project Process.
Our first step is to sit down with all of your stakeholders and discuss your general needs, the type of space you have available and specific required functionality.
From this information and a complete site survey, we create a functional description that describes proposed basic uses of the system without calling out specific equipment solutions.
With the Needs Analysis, Site Survey and Functional Overview, we can create a scope of work and budget for your review. Each of these first steps are provided free of charge. When you approve both, we will enter into a contractual agreement to develop and implement the complete project.
Our engineers create a design for your project and provide you with a bill of materials, engineering drawings, signal flows, other design materials. Our project managers create a proposed schedule and final budget. You will then sign off on this before work begins. Upon sign-off, we will place orders for all equipment and supplies and provide you with a start date.
This step results in complete A/V system design documents, including system schematics, rack elevations, wiring plans and other engineering drawings.
To the greatest extent possible we integrate rack components and program the system at our facility. This provides an easy way to ensure workmanship is up to standards and all issues are resolved before we move to your site. This improves efficiency and saves time.
When everything is ready, we deliver to your site and install the system. Certain construction and electrical tasks will need to be performed by third-parties and we help you coordinate with these other trades.
With the customer present, we go through our complete testing and acceptance plan. This serves to demonstrate all functions. Many systems also include training sessions, which can be conducted during commissioning or at a later date.
Our service and support plans begin at commissioning. We support all manufacturer warranties and have three levels of support plan available will all custom system designs.
